Admin Secretary

Doha, Qatar

We are a well-established construction company in Doha seeking a professional and dedicated Admin Secretary to provide vital support to our management and project teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, manage documentation, and deliver efficient secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and official communication.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Handle document control, filing systems, and project-related records.
  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers’ calendars.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and office reports.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Admin Secretary, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of confidentiality in handling company documents.
