Admin & Security Officer

Job Overview

Incumbent will be responsible to oversee day to day administrative activities, monitor housekeeping, building maintenance, company vehicles, time office & facility management including repair and maintenance of equipment along with implementation of administrative policies & procedures to ensure well-maintained facility

Job Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to day admin and security operations as per approved policy and procedures and suggest improvement where necessary.

· Manage housekeeping and ensure proper cleaning.

· Ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental health and security standards.

· Supervise Gate Controlling and security operations.

· Oversee day to day affairs of workers/labors.

· Repair & maintenance of building and equipment.

· Coordination with regulator and government institutions. and law enforcement agencies.

· Project management and dealing with civil work contractors.

· Fleet management

· Fulfill Health & Safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

· Age limit 30-35

· Industry - Food & Beverage / Pharmaceutical / Packaging

· Must be dynamic and energetic.

Qualification / Education

· Graduate.

Experience

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar capacity

Skills

· Planning & organizing

· Managing people

· Negotiation and influencing skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
