The Role

The Admin Specialist will support to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage account-specific administration activities, including:
CV capturing and requisition management
Interview scheduling and help desk support
Candidate checklist management and candidate care
Updating applicant tracking systems
  • Identity and address verification, pre-employment screening
  • Various ad-hoc tasks to support recruitment operations (e.g., updating Operations Manual or process documentation)
  • Complete reports and trackers accurately and within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other account stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders and colleagues informed of process updates and changes; provide first-line support for escalations.
  • Review processes regularly to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 – 5 years of work experience in recruitment administration activities.
  • Exposure to global stakeholder management.
  • Flexibility to work from office and in shifts across APAC/EMEA/US regions.
  • Effective English business communication skills (written and oral); additional client-specific languages as required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
