About The Job Admin Support

Grant Thornton Bahrain is seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Support to join our team in Seef, Bahrain. As an Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prepare audit proposals, engagement letters, deliverables (financials), Legal Department documents etc; and ensure all these are duly signed by the respective department head and updated on server.
  • Organize dispatch documents (for all documents received before 10am daily)
  • Attach transmittal sheets to all deliveries
  • Coordinate delivery of documents to each department or clients (schedule for Drivers)
  • Record transmittal / confirmation of delivery
  • Inform concerned Manager and support staff by 5PM of undelivered/ uncollected documents with reasons.
  • Maintain deliveries logbook
  • File engagement letters, invoices, cheque copies and receipts in client file
  • Monitor client file log to track movement of files
  • Ensure all files are up to date and complete
  • Proper storage and arrangement of archived files
  • Manage client folders on server

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting/finance
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
