Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Admin/HR Executive to oversee daily administrative activities and assist with human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to effectively manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, and general office administration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with employees, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems are maintained.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources (UAE experience is an added advantage).
- Sound understanding of recruitment procedures and office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional appearance with a positive and presentable personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law will be considered an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 3,000, depending on experience.
