About the Job We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as Administration and Accounts Support. This is a vital role within our organization, supporting both administrative functions and basic accounting processes. The ideal candidate will also assist with preparing quotations, handling invoicing, and supporting the Executive Assistant (EA) with assigned tasks. Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and general administration

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records (digital & physical) Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine correspondence

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Personal Assistant (PA) as required Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors

    Accounts & Finance Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and quotations

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

  • Support with bank reconciliations and documentation

  • Assist with expense tracking and basic financial reporting
