Job Summary:

Moreland Construction Group is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and bookkeeping skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks

- Perform bookkeeping duties, including tracking invoices, payments, and expenses

- Maintain financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks

- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and subcontractors

- Organize and maintain company files, contracts, and project documentation

- Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and reports

- Order and maintain office supplies

- Support scheduling, meetings, and general office coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

- Bookkeeping experience required

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and stay organized

Preferred Qualifications:

- Construction industry experience preferred

- Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
