Job Summary:

The Administration & Governmental Relations Director oversees all administrative operations across Egypt, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, efficiency in administrative systems, and smooth coordination between corporate offices, restaurants, and external authorities. The role ensures operational integrity, compliance, and administrative excellence throughout all business units.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Administrative Department to ensure smooth daily operations across all restaurants and corporate offices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with governmental authorities to secure necessary licenses, permits, and approvals during the setup and development of restaurants.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, occupational health, and labor regulations, ensuring timely inspections and corrective actions.
  • Handle all restaurants’ administrative issues, including documentation, contracts, facility management, and operational logistics.
  • Develop and implement standardized systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency across administrative operations.
  • Support expansion projects by coordinating with legal, finance, and operations teams on regulatory and administrative requirements.
  • Supervise documentation control, correspondence management, and record-keeping in line with company policies and audit standards.
  • Ensure that all contracts and agreements related to suppliers, maintenance, and service providers are compliant and efficiently managed.
  • Provide strategic input to senior management on process improvements, cost control, and administrative policy updates.
  • Manage and develop the administrative team to build capability and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
