Administration Manager

Job Purpose:
The Administration Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all administrative operations at the Labelle factory, including Security, Purchase, and Maintenance departments. The role ensures smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Security, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the factory premises, employees, and assets.
  • Supervise purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance activities for all equipment, facilities, and utilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Control department budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with senior management to align administration functions with company goals.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate departmental staff performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on administration, security, purchasing, and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration management, preferably in manufacturing or F&B sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, safety procedures, and purchasing practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
