Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Maintain records, files, and official documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office correspondence
  • Handle office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR, accounts, and other departments in admin matters
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Prepare administrative reports for management

Requirements:

  • Master degree / Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years relevant experience in administration
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle office responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
