Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of the medical facility
  • Supervise front desk, billing, medical records, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
  • Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and office procedures
  • Manage budgets, supplies, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of administrative management experience (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and medical management software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
