Our client Qanmos Trainings is looking for Senior Admin Officer in Lahore.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Admin Officer to oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, manage facilities, and support management in administrative planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities.
  • Supervise administrative staff and monitor their performance.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service agreements.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Assist management with administrative planning and operational support.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
