We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administration Manager, preferably a retired professional, to oversee and manage our company’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, maturity, and experience in handling office administration, coordination, and staff support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR and finance teams with record-keeping, attendance, and documentation.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and general service staff.
- Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Handle incoming communication, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist management in planning and implementing administrative systems and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Retired professionals with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
