Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate the project's computerized system and coordinate with all persons in charge involved,
- Run the office efficiently and safely,
- Provide administrative support to Site Managers and departments,
- Handle office correspondences, records, and reports,
- Provide high level of customer service to the customers and resolve their complaints,
- Coordinate with the Accountants and head office administration on daily basis,
- Assisting with office needs (faxing, scanning, printing, etc.),
- Maintaining database, reports, files and organize records,
- Answering phone/mobile calls, takes and distributes messages,
- Prepare memos, letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc. under the supervision of Project Manager,
- Issue requisitions and follow up for office supplies and maintains inventory,
- Maintain a positive attitude with all the team and good public relations,
- Manage office cleaning and good appearance – coordinate with the cleaning service,
- Follow and maintain the quality assurance guidelines & document control (document references, index, etc.),
- Assisting with presentations, minutes of meeting, and all follow up with clients,
- Keep all records confidential and take the necessary backup on daily basis,
- Fill all Client necessary forms and applications, and maintaining professional filing system,
- Assisting in generating all kind of reports to Company and Client as requested as per the per time table,
- Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent,
- At least 3 years experience in Administration and the same position,
- Customer service skills,
- Secretarial and organisation skills,
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Language Skills: English, Arabic is a plus,
- Qatar driving license is a plus,
- Able to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,300.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
