We are looking for a reliable Female Procurement Coordinator, who can join immediately.
Procurement Assistant Role:
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring all steps are followed efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings against company standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to achieve favorable terms for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather procurement needs and establish clear specifications for materials and services required.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and procurement activities in the organization's database for easy access.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to orders or product quality.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and present findings to management to support informed decision-making.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be Female and preferably on Family/Husband Visa
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of experience as procurement coordination or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
