Administrative and Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Female Procurement Coordinator, who can join immediately.

Procurement Assistant Role:

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring all steps are followed efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings against company standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to achieve favorable terms for the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather procurement needs and establish clear specifications for materials and services required.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and procurement activities in the organization's database for easy access.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
  • Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to orders or product quality.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and present findings to management to support informed decision-making.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Must be Female and preferably on Family/Husband Visa
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience as procurement coordination or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
