This position provides technical and administrative support for the State of Alaska’s Professional Licensing section. The incumbent will work on a wide variety of processes using many forms of technology, proprietary software, applications, and media designed specifically for the professional licensing unit.

Customer Service: Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services; is committed to continuous improvement.
