Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for a full-time on-site position in Dubai . The ideal candidate will manage client communications and provide excellent administrative and property support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle property listings and manage property portals and CRM systems.
  • Create contracts and edit property-related documents.
  • Support the administrative needs of the team with accuracy and efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in property management and lettings.
  • Administrative support experience with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and laws in Dubai.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • 1 year of experience in the real estate industry is required.
