Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant under our Emiratization initiative . The role includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a professional and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the department and management team.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with onboarding of new joiners
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Support event planning, internal communications, and staff activities.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
