Administrative Assistant

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the most dynamic and exciting real estate markets in the world, collaborating with top-tier clients and properties in Dubai. As Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and contributing to the success of our agency.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive properties
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process
  • Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings, ensuring smooth transactions for all parties involved
  • Manage listings and marketing efforts to promote properties effectively across various channels, including online platforms, social media, and print media
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management, preferably in the Dubai market
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and closing property transactions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key locations, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements
