Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide efficient administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and official correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, expense tracking, and office supply management.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations in line with company procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration or a related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
