Administrative Assistant

As Admin Assistant , you will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and contributing to the success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

1.   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants

2.   Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive properties

3.   Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process

4.   Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings, ensuring smooth transactions for all parties involved

5.   Manage listings and marketing efforts to promote properties effectively across various channels, including online platforms, social media, and print media

6.   Stay up-to-date on market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients

7.   Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

·         2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management, preferably in the Dubai market

·        Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and closing property transactions

·        Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making

·         Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key locations, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements
