Administrative Assistant

LHH is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for one of our property management clients. This is direct‑hire opportunity that offers the opportunity to work remote on Fridays.


We’re seeking a highly organized, upbeat Administrative Assistant who keeps the office running smoothly and creates a warm, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and tenants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front‑desk lead: greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily office operations

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, files, and shared spaces; coordinate directly with vendors for repairs, orders, and service agreements

• Organize mail, packages, meeting notes, annual reports, and office documentation

• Support onboarding for new hires and help coordinate office events

• Manage tenant communication, including certificates of insurance, welcome letters, rent increase notices, and requested forms

• Handle utility and trash service coordination, track service issues, and ensure vacant spaces remain functional

• Assist the President and CEO with occasional personal tasks, including travel arrangements


What We’re Looking For

• A proactive and resourceful self‑starter who enjoys solving problems

• Someone organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to creating a positive office atmosphere

• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with follow‑through

• Experience in administrative, office, or property management settings is a plus
