We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk.

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records for easy access.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed.
  • Perform basic office management duties to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Assist with inputting client information into Medical System.
  • Scheduling patients.
  • Work denied claims.
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality work output.
