Administrative Assistant

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Essential Functions

Prepares, collects and/or coordinates the collection, preparation, and development of information, reports, and documents for use in discussions/meetings of the executive management team, staff, and outside groups or individuals.

Ability to produce complex and professional Power Point presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and business analytics.

Ability to maintain the security of confidential and business sensitive information.

Coordinates and schedules events, board of director's meetings, conferences, meetings, travel, and conference rooms.

Excellent management and decision skills to facilitate complex meetings schedules and logistics requirements in a changing environment coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements and international meetings.

Maintains courteous and professional demeanor interacting with senior-level executives, clients, and staff on behalf of the executive management team.

Maintains key contacts database, corporate files, and business files.

Coordinate, create, edit and distribute both internal and external correspondence under the direction of Executive Management

Provides administrative support including but not limited to: phones, prepares itineraries, agendas, expense reports.

All other duties as assigned.

Occasional over time may be required.
