What You’ll Do

  • Support advisors with enrollments, and client documentation
  • Assist advisors with process of licensing & contracting
  • New business intake coordination
  • Lead Referral Incentive Programs and Customer Appreciation Events

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable and team-oriented work style
  • Office, client service, or sales support experience preferred

Plus Factors (Not Required)

  • Insurance or financial services experience
  • CRM or agency system experience
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain (support available)
  • Confident navigating software and internal systems
