What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple phone lines, directing calls and messages efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist with basic office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
