Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is to ensure smooth office operations by answering phone calls, managing adminstrative tasks, and providing support to office management. The ideal candidate would be reliable, detail oriented, and efficient with computer literacy and be able to manage various task efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence ensuring timely responses.

· Maintain office organization through effective file management and clerical support.

· Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

· Reviewing and processing financial transactions.

· Provide support to team when and as necessary.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PDF format.

· Capacity to perform research abilities effectively.

· Process order entry and ensuring product availability and coordinating with other organizations to facilitate order fulfillment.

· Correlate and validate schedule of order transportation.

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, PDF and the ability to learn other software.

· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple task while maintaining attention to detail.

· Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
