Administrative Assistant

Maven Events is hiring an Administrative Assistant with experience in the media or marketing industry. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily administrative tasks while supporting our creative and client-facing teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations, efficient project coordination, and strong communication between clients, vendors, and the creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, filing, and communications.
  • Point of Communication of the client, team, and the management.
  • Support creative teams with media documentation and proofreading.
  • Organize and maintain project records, contracts, and invoices.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and client reports.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and assist with project coordination.
  • Contribute to production planning, logistics, and agency operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a media agency, production house, or creative company.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with agency workflows, production timelines, and content creation processes.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
