Duties
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include:
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Creating and editing service orders and invoices.
- Transcribing notes and documents accurately.
- Proofreading documents for grammar, and spelling errors.
- Aiding in inventory and core returns.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience in an administrative or office setting.
- Experience in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with automotive terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
