Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join OFW. This role is essential in supporting daily operations through efficient office management, clerical tasks, and customer support. This role will require the following attributes: great communicator, proactive, organized, and strong computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily warehouse operations through efficient office management, clerical tasks, and customer support
  • Be proactive, organized, and possess strong computer skills to ensure smooth communication between the warehouse and administrative functions
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and online) for shipping documents, inventory records, and administrative files
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and other relevant software to update records promptly
  • Support office management activities by coordinating calendar appointments and scheduling deliveries or pickups
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and supporting warehouse staff with administrative needs
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing
  • Support inventory management through accurate record keeping

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior administrative experience (bonus if in a warehouse or logistics setting)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), SharePoint, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently regarding department needs and priorities, under general supervision
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, priorities and circumstances
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
