Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. Though experience is preferred, we will train the right individual. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. The successful candidate will be computer literate, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and be extremely detail oriented. This role is integral to maintaining effective office management and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Offer customer service and customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required.
  • Perform interagency networking tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
