Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are family owned construction company looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help with everyday office tasks and keep things running smoothly, etc. Looking for someone part time roughly 10-12 hours weekly, but flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, supplies, maintenance, and organization of office space
  • Rent collections (minimal)
  • Copying, filing, mailing documents
  • Keeping W9 & COI's updated & organized
  • Write professional letters for certain projects
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including document preparations and delivering items.

Skills

  • Experience working in an office, doing clerical tasks, or providing administrative support
  • Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Well-organized and able to decide what tasks are most important
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing schedules
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for simple bookkeeping tasks
  • Friendly and professional when helping customers or communicating with others
  • Able to keep sensitive information private and secure
  • Good at managing time and completing tasks on schedule

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
