Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Pick-up and deliver client documents (transportation required)
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
