Administrative Assistant

Core Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedure
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) when required
  • Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Monitor office expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field


Years of Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in office management or administrative roles
