What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle high volumes of calls and greet visitors professionally
• Manage general office tasks: filing, ordering supplies, mail distribution, and office equipment upkeep
• Scan and organize invoices, tickets, and paperwork
• Use BisTrack to manage vendor purchase orders and keep records up to date
• Prepare daily cash summaries and bank deposits
• Track employee timecards and PTO in the timekeeping system
• Assist customers and truck drivers with delivery information
• Support special projects and supplier returns
• Assist with recordkeeping

What You Bring to the Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, office administration, or computer applications is a plus
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of BisTrack is a plus, but don’t worry, we’ll train the right person!
