About the Role
Manthey Hospitality is seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our Nashville Riverboats office. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our Sales, Community Relations, and Reservations teams.
The Administrative Assistant serves as a central point of coordination for office operations, guest inquiries, and administrative projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and thrives on keeping things organized, efficient, and guest-focused.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales & Community Relations and Director of Reservations
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized files, records, and data entry systems
  • Assist with internal projects, sales initiatives, and community engagement efforts

Sales & Reservations Support
  • Answer incoming office calls and route inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with reservations and sales overflow calls during peak periods
  • Provide general information about cruises, bookings, and events
  • Support follow-up communication with sales leads and guest inquiries

Office Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Track packages and coordinate distribution to staff
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Coordinate with building management for facility needs or maintenance
  • Assist with meeting setup and visiting guests

Front Office Support
  • Greet guests, vendors, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members
  • Serve as a helpful point of contact for internal team members

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Experience in administrative support, office operations, or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn reservation systems and internal software

Compensation and Benefits
  • $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience
