Position Summary
Provide administrative, operational, and client service support to Financial Professionals, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, client requests, and processes related to investment and insurance services. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective coordination with underwriters, carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule and confirm client meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen, prioritize, and follow up on emails, calls, and service requests to completion.
- Open and process investment and insurance accounts (individual, corporate, retirement, annuities, life and disability), ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Verify and maintain accurate client personal and financial information.
- Coordinate and follow up on underwriting requirements, including medical exams, APS, and CMI.
- Assist with routine client service requests such as account updates, deposits, withdrawals, and statements.
- Maintain accurate data entry across CRM, financial, and compliance platforms.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence, reports, and client communications.
- Support compliance processes, audits, and required firm training.
- Collaborate with team members and serve as liaison with underwriters, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or financial services.
- English proficiency for professional communication with underwriters, wholesalers, carriers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to work 100% on-site.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
