Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to CEO, COO & Sales team
  • Help with social media and online marketing activities
  • Actively maintain calendar and manage appointments
  • Ability to effectively manage and organize time and projects, based on priority and demand, with continuous follow-up
  • Follow up with sales and admin team on deliverables and project timelines
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties including ordering supplies, sorting mail and answering phones
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Minimum qualification

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excited to work in a startup environment
  • Excited about technology

What We Offer

  • Pay range: $40-50k, depending on experience
  • Employer paid Health benefits 1 month after start date

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
