Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to CEO, COO & Sales team
- Help with social media and online marketing activities
- Actively maintain calendar and manage appointments
- Ability to effectively manage and organize time and projects, based on priority and demand, with continuous follow-up
- Follow up with sales and admin team on deliverables and project timelines
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including ordering supplies, sorting mail and answering phones
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Minimum qualification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excited to work in a startup environment
- Excited about technology

- Pay range: $40-50k, depending on experience
