To primarily provide administrative duties and overflow support to the office, as well as personal assistant support to the lead attorney. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones; maintaining multiple calendars; booking travel arrangements; running personal & office errands; interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors; drafting correspondence; placing online orders; occasional marketing (maintaining the website and social media) and performing general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Knowledge and skill requirements include at least one (1) year of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Windows. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to meet deadlines. The position requires a full-time work week schedule.
