We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with marine insurance exposure to support our daily operations and assist with specialized insurance documentation, including P&I, Hull & Machinery, Crew, and Cargo policies.


This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ship management, maritime logistics, or insurance brokerage firms serving the maritime industry.


  • The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and providing comprehensive support to multiple departments.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • The Administrative Assistant is expected to assist in a variety of tasks, including reception duties, clerical support, travel and port arrangements, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, in line with our values of cooperation and excellence.
  • Assist in taking care of the marine insurance documentation including P&I, H&M, crew, and cargo policies
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
