Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Manager



Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The role plays a key part in coordinating internal activities, supporting management, and maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

• Provide administrative and executive support to management and project teams.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and business travel arrangements.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.

• Act as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners.

• Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.

• Support HR and finance functions such as onboarding, attendance records, and invoicing coordination.

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
