Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain above average performance trend
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and shared access tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all issues
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management
  • Experience in travel booking (Domestic and International) and expense reconciliation
  • Experience managing office supply procurement
  • Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and processes
  • Attention to details and clear communication skills

Job Description

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a proactive, technically savvy Senior Administrative Assistant for a position in Grand Prairie, TX supporting the IAMD Line of Business Chief Engineer Director and the Lower Tier IAMD Chief Engineer Director. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties and office management tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will exercise discretion and sound judgement, relieving the executives of details not requiring their involvement. This role will include calendar management, travel logistics and expense reporting, meeting coordination, document preparation, and day to day office operations. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, technically rich environment, able to quickly adopt new tools.
