Administrative Assistant/Scheduler

Responsibilities:

Assist Office Manager in aspects of office admin/daily operations for growing SF Bay Area landscape company including:

- Timely daily purchase/work order processing and follow up with company crews, vendors and customers

- Assist with training work crews on best practices regarding timekeeping, irrigation repair documentation and water meter reading reported via company phone apps

- Maintenance of company equipment and supplies inventories including uniform and lawn equipment purchases

Skills:

- Previous experience with Quickbooks Desktop software highly preferred

- Bilingual English/Spanish written/verbal knowledge is strongly preferred

- Strong Excel and Power Point experience highly preferred

- Familiarity with PhotoShop or other landscape focused designed software applications helpful

Schedule:

- 40 regular hours per week at prime and centrally located, parking paid office in Walnut Creek CA coinciding with company work hours of 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
