Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative & Business Support Officer to work jointly for two related companies:

  • A Fit-Out & Interior Decoration Company, and
  • A Real Estate Company.

The role involves handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating with UAE government authorities, and supporting business operations for both companies.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration (Both Companies)

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage emails, documents, files, and records
  • Prepare letters, forms, applications, and reports
  • Coordinate with PROs, government portals, and service providers
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Company Registration & Government Authorities (Fit-Out Company)

  • Assist in company registration and licensing procedures
  • Coordinate with UAE authorities such as:
  • DED / Economic Department
  • Municipality
  • Immigration & Labor (MOHRE)
  • Chambers of Commerce
  • Track license renewals, permits, and approvals
  • Follow up on approvals, payments, and submissions

Real Estate Company Administration

  • Support daily admin operations of the real estate company
  • Assist with documentation related to properties, clients, and agents
  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, and external parties
  • Maintain client records and internal databases
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation

Coordination & Support

  • Act as a link between both companies for admin-related matters
  • Assist management with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration or office support (UAE experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with UAE government portals and procedures is a strong advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle work for two companies efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
