Salary Range: 72k - 80k per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Admin Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our UK office operations while being based at our Pakistan Lahore office. Candidate will possess excellent communication skills and proven experience in handling documentation, correspondence, and coordination across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the UK office, ensuring smooth and timely execution of tasks.
  • Manage professional communication with UK-based stakeholders via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
  • Draft, review, format, and maintain business documents, reports, letters, and internal records.
  • Handle documentation management, including filing, record-keeping, and data organization (digital and physical where applicable).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules, considering UK business hours and time zones.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and administrative logs.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official correspondence as required by management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment with UK office requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all administrative and documentation processes.
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably supporting international clients or offices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to handle professional communication over calls, emails, and chat tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in documentation handling, drafting, and record management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with remote UK teams.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite) Full-time
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs72,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
