The Division:
Vela Industries Group is a portfolio of technology firms focused on the needs of capital intensive, high consequence industries with complex operations. We provide leading solutions for planning, production, asset management, health & safety, environment and governance across a range of sectors including natural resources, utilities, manufacturing, construction, finance and professional services.
The Position:
Vela Industries Group is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support our capital deployment efforts. The candidate will own Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and deal support so our team can focus on deal making.
The objective of this role is to ensure data and process governance to optimize systems, drive funnel and performance insights, and deliver actionable steps to GTM team and executives to improve efficiency, alignment, and capital deployment predictability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in B2B go-to-market motions, analytics, and sales technology, capable of translating strategy into operational execution with measurable impact.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Enforce and maintain Salesforce and other systems’ data quality controls to ensure that data is relevant, accurate, and reliable
  • Support GTM team’s reporting and other internal administrative processes to optimize and rationalize existing pipeline.
  • Track funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, coverage) and run hygiene checks to amplify performance.
  • Coordinate NDAs, IOIs/LOIs, and deadlines across sourcing, execution, and management.
  • Build monthly and quarterly RevOps roadmap to prioritize critical opportunities while regularly updating stakeholders on progress
  • Review, propose, and implement process improvements based on an understanding of team structures and KPIs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years in Sales/Revenue Ops or Sales Administration, ideally in an enterprise setting.
  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field is a nice to have.
  • High proficiency, hands-on Salesforce administrator and/or user (reports/dashboards, validation basics, data loader)
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, data cleaning).
  • Experience in outbound sales and ability to speak additional languages are highly considered.
  • Experience creating and optimizing GTM strategies, along with cohesive processes, tooling, and methodologies
  • Detail oriented with sound written and verbal communication skills, and comfort encouraging/nudging sourcing reps.
