Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator (Onboarding, Compliance & Candidate Experience)


Pay: $800/week


Schedule: Monday (Remote), Tuesday – Friday (In-Office)

Location: In-Office


Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and the overall candidate experience. This role is essential in ensuring new hires are set up for success while maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome candidates and new hires in a professional, high-energy manner
  • Manage in-office check-ins for interviews and onboarding
  • Create a strong first impression and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Create and manage employee badges and access credentials
  • Coordinate onboarding for all new hires
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records
  • Monitor compliance for both new and current employees
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
  • Support leadership with administrative and HR-related tasks
