Job Description

An Administrative Coordinator is mainly responsible for office operations, coordination, and communication between departments.

Core responsibilities

Typical duties include:

Managing office administration and documentation

Coordinating between departments (HR, logistics, finance, operations)

Handling emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries

Preparing:

Reports

Invoices

Purchase orders

Maintaining records, files, and databases

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Supporting logistics/admin tasks such as:

Tracking shipments or vehicles

Preparing shipping documents

Coordinating transport arrangements.
