Administrative Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support daily office operations and coordination across event and corporate catering projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling documentation, supplier coordination, and internal support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, document control, and office coordination
  • Provide administrative support to team members and supervisors
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating virtual appointments
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for clients, suppliers, and internal documentation
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  • Maintain supplier lists, pricing sheets, and cost-tracking records
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement on expense reports, petty cash, and supplier payments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Office, and basic accounting software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
