Administrative Officer

Job Description:

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth business processes, and supporting management and staff in achieving restaurant goals. This position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONISIBILITIES:

· Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

· Manage restaurant documents, including contracts, licenses, visa and permits.

· Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operational hours.

· Organize meetings, events, and training sessions for employees.

· Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

· Manage payroll processing, timesheets, and staff attendance.

· Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

· Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, staff productivity, and customer feedback.

· Update management on administrative matters and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualification & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2years of UAE experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within the restaurant field

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work under a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
